Hi, I’m Erin, and I like figuring out how really tricky systems work.

• Working in complex systems, with a focus on billing and payouts

Over the course of my career, I’ve found myself drawn to challenging spaces such as financial systems, health insurance, supply chain management, and travel planning. 

My favorite part of the process is the early ambiguity: when you’ve got a bit of data, some user insight, and a lot of conflicting constraints. Diagrams and flows are my zen state.

I’m a New England girl through and through, and was lucky enough to spend a couple of years in Taipei, Taiwan. I love exploring cities on foot, am a big fan of Northeast Regional Amtrak line, and will never turn away an iced coffee.
