Hi, I’m Erin 🖌️ 

I like understanding how really complex systems work.

Over the course of my career, I’ve found myself drawn to challenging spaces such as insurance eligibility and claims, supply chain management, and travel systems. 

I prioritize the user in all design decisions and am a strong advocate for early research and consistent validation. I also highly value my engineering and product partners and know that the best work happens when the team runs together.

I’m very much a New England girl, but was lucky enough to spend a couple years in Taipei, Taiwan. I love exploring a city on foot, and will never turn away an iced coffee.

If I’m not designing, I’m usually in the gym or baking. I could ramble on about a lot of things, but my main passions are technology outside of the tech bubble, relationships, and art history.
